Simple stopwatch:

import { createTimeModel, useTimeModel } from "react-compound-timer";

// Create model, provide your own options object if needed
const stopwatch = createTimeModel();

export const Stopwatch = () => {

  const { value } = useTimeModel(stopwatch);

You can provide your own options object. See default options here.
Simple timer:
